Talofa! My name is Danielle and I am the deputy head girl of Glen Taylor School.

I am12 years of age turning 13 and this is my last year at GTS. This year I want to make new friends, learn about things that are important to me, and be a successful leader of my school!

My favourite thing to do during school time is to hang out with my friends and learn about interesting things in the classroom! I will have a positive attitude this year and will make sure that I will be prioritising my learning. I'm excited for the adventures that I will have in the upcoming months and for the fun projects that we will be doing in class.

This is Danielle

Hi, my name is Danielle and welcome to my blog. I’m Samoan, European and I am a year six student that attends Glen Taylor School. I have one brother that also attends Glen Taylor School and he is in year five. I love my family and being around them. My favourite colours all the pastel colours and mint green. I like to organise things and keep them clean. I am in Room 9 and my favourite subject is writing. I’m very confident and I like talking in front of large crowds. I’m very imaginative and I like to write creative stories and poems. 
I am excited to share my learning on my blog. I have goals to become a news reporter or a lawyer in the future. I am good in my academic subjects, but I find maths challenging to do. My best friend is Alanna, and my UBF (Ultimate Best Friend) is Anaysha. I also enjoy dancing, hanging out with friends, reading, and working on my Chromebook. My goals for this year are to get to a higher level in maths, and to attend school every day to get 100% attendance.

 This year I look forward to making new friends, taking my Chromebook home, and looking at more unicorn pictures. I have received prize giving awards for 6 years in a row and I hope to work hard and get more this year. My inspirations for working hard are my amazing teachers, and Eliza McCartney.
