Room 9 all created a book about Taniwha's this week.

We got to customise our hcaracter and create our own taniwha. After that, we created posters on our Taniwah. Take a look at mine...

We had a ton of fun making our Taniwhas.

I named my Taniwha Kowhai after the colour of it.

Scorching sun shines over our heated faces, and the heat of the sun tries to burn us alive.
The Glen Taylor School classes all lied down in the humid heat while Mr Shanks used the school drone for a picture of us bodyspelling GTS Fire. Here is the photo...



Room 9 were bodyspelling the R in Fire, and we were all really really hot!
As soon as we came back to class all of us were so relieved.

Rainbow's End!

It's My 100th Blog Post!

I'm ecstatic that I have come this far in to my blog, and I wanted to do something special.
This blog post is about some of the students taking a trip to Rainbow's End.
I went with them and we had an amazing time playing on all of the rides. These are some photographs that the amazing senior teacher took of the students at Rainbow's End!

We were all sitting down for a long time, but it was all worth it!

This blog post and going to Rainbows End are a big milestone for me. This was the first time I've been to Rainbow's End, and my 100th blog post is so surreal to me. I can't believe how far I've gone and I hope to hit 150 before the end of 2017!

On Monday, Room 9 made posters about being Room 9 stars.

This was a teambuilding activity and we had to pick a piece of paper out from a container with somebody's name on it. After we got our name we had to create a poster with star/s on it that describes them, but everything we wrote had to be nice. This is my poster...

Anyways, the point of this activity was to build other people's confidence.

Everyone is perfect in there own way and it is very important that you don't care what other people say, you're awesome.

This is what I think makes me special and very unique. I like how everybody is different from eachother, and I like how no-one is completely the same, even if they're twins.
